Refund and Cacnellation

Please make sure to check our products from the office before delivery,
Once products are delivered you will no longer be eligible for any refund and won't be able to receive a refund.
We encourage our customers to try and test the products in the office/warehouse to ensure it fits your needs.

Term of use for furniture and appliances

IF ANY DAMAGE TAKE PLACE TO THE FURNITURE THEN THE DAMAGE CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT OR IF EXCEED YOUR DEPOSIT AMOUNT THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EXCEEDED AMOUNT.
� YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT A PROPER WRITTEN NOTICE TO US ATLEAST ONE MONTH BEFORE LEAVING THE FURNITURE, IF YOU DON'T NOTIFY US, YOU HAVE TO PAY THE ONE MONTH RENT AS FINE
� YOU NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR RENT WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM YOUR RENT START DATE WRITTEN IN FORM(2ND PAGE) AND SCREENTSHOT MUST BE SEND TO "89560-33066".
� IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PAY THE RENT WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM YOUR RENT STARTING DATE THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THE FINE OF RS.50 EVERY DAY ( IN ADDITION TO RENT).
� DETAILS REGARDING LOCKING PERIOD, DELIVERY CHARGES, PICKUP CHARGES, FINES WILL BE APPLICABLE AS PER PAGE NUMBER 2, "ADDITIONAL DETAILS" SECTION.
� IN CASE OF CURRENT/DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CHANGED BY THE CUSTOMER, HE MUST INFORM COMPANY BEFORE MOVING TO NEW LOCATION.
� ALL THE COMPLAINT MUST BE SEND OVER WHATSAPP/ CALL AT "89560-33066", IF THE COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED WITHIN 3 DAYS, YOU MAY COMPALINT TO HIGHER LEVEL AT "82371-00888".
� FOR ANY TECHNCAL ISSUE OF MACHINES, OUR TECHNICIAN WILL VISIT AND REPAIR THE SAME, IF IT IS NOT REPAIRED WITHIN 2-7 WORKING DAYS OF LODGING THE COMPLAINT, WE WILL REPLACE THE PRODUCT.
